Founded in 2022, Protect Your Glass was created with a clear mission: to prevent, raise awareness, and protect individuals against the risk of spiking during festive events. 🕺💃
This initiative stems from the personal experience of co-founder Manon, who witnessed the impact of this phenomenon on one of her friends. At the time, the other co-founder Charly, then a police officer, committed to finding a solution. Noting the lack of affordable options on the market, especially for students (but also drawn to entrepreneurship), we decided to launch our solution: the anti-spiking scrunchie.
The idea behind this product was to provide not only affordable protection but also a practical accessory for everyday life. Thus, the anti-spiking scrunchie allows you to combine style and safety during nights out.
However, the commitment of Protect Your Glass goes beyond just selling products. Conscious of the financial challenges many people face—which should not impact their safety—we have extended our impact by collaborating with student associations and nightlife venues, thereby offering our products for free to those in need.
